Where this comes from
Statutory leave is 5.6 weeks a year, capped at 28 days. Bank holidays can count towards it, so an employer does not have to give them on top. Part-year and monthly figures are round-up estimates (to the nearest half day) and your contract may give more. The 12.07% method is for irregular-hours and part-year workers and rounds to the nearest hour. Check your contract and the GOV.UK pages before relying on a number.
