Your sponsor licence should not depend on someone remembering.

A spreadsheet will not tell you a date is coming.

Permission end dates and right to work follow-ups sit in different files, and nobody gets a reminder.

Ordinary changes can matter.

A pay rise, a new site or a new job title can matter for a sponsored worker, and it is easy to find out too late.

When asked, you need dated evidence, fast.

Pulling records together from inboxes and folders at short notice is stressful and easy to get wrong.

Spot. Check. Act. Record.

Zetta HR runs the same simple loop for every sponsored worker, every day, so nothing relies on memory.

  1. Step 1

    Spot

Dates coming up, checks due and changes that differ from what you recorded are picked up for you.

  2. Step 2

    Check

Each prompt says what changed, which rule it relates to, and links to the official GOV.UK guidance.

  3. Step 3

    Act

Fix the record, ask the worker to confirm, or report through your own Home Office account.

  4. Step 4

    Record

What you did and when is kept in a dated history, ready when someone asks to see it.

Made for the small employers who sponsor most.

Care homes and home care, restaurants and cafés, and small professional teams: places where rotas change weekly and nobody has time to chase dates.

Care

Keep carers’ right to work checks, permission dates and changes of site in one place, alongside rotas and leave.

Hospitality

Shift patterns and pay change often. See when a sponsored chef’s or manager’s pay or hours differ from their Certificate.

Professional services

Small teams with one or two sponsored specialists get the same dated records and reminders, without an HR department.

Check before you change.

Before you alter a sponsored worker’s role, pay or workplace, Zetta HR compares the change with what you recorded on their Certificate and tells you if it is worth checking first, with a link to the official guidance.

Every prompt shows the rule it relates to, where that rule came from, and whether a qualified person has reviewed it.

Get organised first

Could you answer yes to all five today?

A quick self-check of how organised your sponsor records are. It takes a minute and nothing is sent anywhere.

  1. Do you know the date each sponsored worker’s permission to work ends?
  2. Do you have a dated right to work check on file for every person you employ?
  3. Would you notice if a sponsored worker’s pay, job or workplace changed?
  4. Could you pull together one worker’s records in under an hour if asked?
  5. Is it clear who in your business reports changes, and how you record it?

What we are, and are not

Zetta HR helps you keep organised records and spot things to check. You stay in charge of your sponsor licence and report to the Home Office yourself. We do not submit anything on your behalf, we are not approved by UKVI, and we cannot guarantee compliance. For advice on your situation, speak to a qualified immigration adviser.

Questions, answered plainly.

Who is Zetta HR for?
Small UK employers, from 1 to 50 people, who want simple HR and who hold (or are applying for) a sponsor licence to employ Skilled Workers. If you do not sponsor anyone, the HR features still work well on their own.
Do you report to the Home Office for me?
No. You report through your own Home Office account, as you do today. Zetta HR keeps the dated record of what you reported and when, and reminds you of things to check.
Will it keep me compliant?
It helps you keep organised records and spot dates and changes worth checking. It cannot guarantee compliance, it is not approved by UKVI or the Home Office, and it is not legal advice. Where a decision needs judgement we say so and suggest expert review.
Where do the rules come from?
Each check is a versioned rule linked to the official GOV.UK guidance it came from, with the date retrieved and whether a qualified person has reviewed it.
What can my staff do in it?
Each person gets their own dashboard: request leave and see their holiday days left, claim expenses with receipts, read and acknowledge reviews, see their training, and see who is away in the next two weeks. Sponsored staff also see the days left on their permission to work and can tell HR when they renew.
How do you keep up with rule changes?
We check the GOV.UK sponsor guidance pages every morning. When one changes, sponsor licence holders get an in-app alert and an email with a link to the official page. We do not interpret the change for you.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
Plans start at £19 a month for up to 5 people, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed. Cancel any time from the billing page.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
Records are held in UK and EU data centres. Each organisation's data is separated by database rules, files are private, and sensitive actions are logged. Our support team can only open your account with a recorded reason, and that access shows in your own audit log. You can export your data at any time.
