Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-22.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Zetta HR is provided by Arise Media Technology Ltd (company number 17153497), registered office Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU (“we”). These terms govern use of the Zetta HR service by businesses and their users (“you”). They are for business use only; if you sign up for an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it. Questions: support@zettahr.com.
2. Not legal advice, and not approved by the Home Office
Zetta HR is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not legal or immigration advice. It is not approved, endorsed or operated by UKVI or the Home Office, and it does not submit anything to the Home Office or the Sponsorship Management System on your behalf. It does not guarantee that you will comply with sponsor licence duties or right to work obligations or keep or obtain a licence. You remain responsible for your licence, your decisions, your checks, and for making any report to the Home Office yourself. Compliance rules shown in the product summarise published guidance as at the date shown on each rule, and may be out of date or incomplete; check the official GOV.UK source and take qualified advice where needed.
3. Your account
Keep sign-in details secure, do not share accounts, and tell us promptly of any suspected misuse. You are responsible for the users you invite, their permissions, and everything done through your account. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, and for having a lawful basis for holding it.
4. Plans, trial and payment
Plans are priced monthly by the number of people recorded, as shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. A free trial may apply to new organisations; at its end, you will need a paid plan to continue adding or changing records. You can pay monthly, or annually for 12 months at the price of 10. Payments are taken by Stripe and subscriptions renew at the end of each monthly or annual period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period (month or year) and fees already paid, including annual fees, are not refunded except where the law requires or we say otherwise. If your headcount exceeds your plan, adding more people is blocked until you upgrade. We may change prices on at least 30 days’ notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
5. Your data and our processing
As between us, you own the data you enter. We process personal data in it as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, and personal data about our users and billing as controller under our privacy policy. You can export your organisation’s records at any time from the product. We give you a licence to use the service; you give us the right to host and process your data to provide it.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other organisations’ data, probe or test the service’s security without permission, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not upload unlawful content or malware, or use the service to unlawfully discriminate against anyone.
- Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not enter data you have no right to hold, or special category data beyond what your work genuinely needs.
We may suspend access where needed to protect the service or other customers, or where these terms are seriously breached, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service you have paid for.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or for any decision, penalty, suspension or revocation of a licence by the Home Office or any other authority; and (b) our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The service is provided “as is” as regards fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
9. Term and ending
These terms apply while you use the service. Either party may end them by closing the account. On closure, we will delete your data as set out in the DPA, so export what you need first. Clauses that by their nature should survive (including liability and law) do.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email or in the product; continued use after that date is acceptance, and you may close your account instead.
11. General
These terms, the DPA and the order or pricing page are the whole agreement between us on their subject. Neither party may be held responsible for events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues. No one other than the parties has rights to enforce these terms. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
