Referral and partner terms

These terms apply to the Zetta HR “refer a business” scheme and partner programme, run by Arise Media Technology Ltd (company number 17153497). Last updated 22 October 2026.

Both schemes

  1. A referral counts when a business signs up for Zetta HR through your referral link, creates its account within 90 days of first using the link, and has not already had a Zetta HR account or trial.
  2. A reward is earned only when the referred business pays its first invoice for an annual plan. Monthly payments do not earn a reward. Each referred business earns one reward.
  3. A business referred through your link gets a 30-day free trial instead of 14 days.
  4. You may not refer yourself, a business you own, or a business you work for, and may not use paid search adverts on the Zetta HR name, spam, or misleading claims. We may withhold or cancel rewards where these terms are not met, a payment is refunded, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
  5. Rewards have no cash alternative except as set out below. You are responsible for any tax due on rewards you receive.
  6. We may change or end these schemes at any time. Rewards already earned before a change will be honoured.
  7. Referral data is handled under our privacy policy. We share with you only the name of a business you introduced and the status of its account, never its records.

Refer a business

  1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. You do not need to be a Zetta HR customer.
  2. The reward is a £50 e-voucher, sent by email within 30 days of the referred business paying for its first annual plan.
  3. Referrals from someone with the same company email domain as the referred business are checked before any reward is paid.

Partner programme

  1. Partners are approved by us. Approval can be withdrawn if these terms are not met.
  2. Commission is 20% of the referred business’s first annual payment, excluding VAT, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.
  3. Commission is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the referred business’s payment, against an invoice from you. We do not store your bank details in Zetta HR.
  4. You must tell clients you may earn a commission if they subscribe, and must not present yourself as acting for Zetta HR. Partners are independent and are not our agents.
  5. Zetta HR is a record-keeping tool. It is not legal or immigration advice and is not affiliated with the Home Office. Please do not describe it otherwise.
